This privacy policy explains how Rocket Digital Limited ("we," "our," "FlorAI") collects, uses, and protects information when you use FlorAI – AI Garden Design, including the iOS app, Android app, the FlorAI Web App, and the marketing website at https://www.transformgarden.app.
1. Who we are

2. What we collect
We collect the smallest amount of data we need to make AI Garden Design work:
- Photos and prompts you upload to generate AI garden designs.
- Account data such as your email address, sign-in identifier, and language.
- Subscription status and purchase identifiers from RevenueCat, Apple App Store, or Google Play.
- Diagnostic data such as device type, app version, crash logs, and basic interaction events.
- Marketing analytics on our website (page visits, clicks, referrer, country).
3. How we use your data
- To generate AI garden designs, AI plant scans, and plant health suggestions.
- To deliver and improve the FlorAI app on iOS, Android, and the Web.
- To manage your subscription and unlock paid features.
- To prevent abuse, fraud, and to keep the service safe.
- To understand how the FlorAI website is used so we can improve it.
4. Service providers we rely on
We use carefully chosen service providers to deliver FlorAI. Each one only receives the data it needs to perform its job:
- RevenueCat – manages subscriptions, entitlements, and receipt validation.
- Firebase (Google) – authentication, secure storage, push notifications, and crash reporting.
- Google AdMob – may serve advertising on the free tier of the mobile apps.
- OpenAI – assists with parts of the AI experience, such as garden conversations and suggestions.
- Microsoft Azure – hosts portions of our backend and AI processing.
- Replicate – runs AI models that generate garden design imagery.
- Fal.ai – runs additional AI models used for image generation.
- Google Analytics 4 – measures website traffic and content performance.
- Meta Pixel – measures the performance of our marketing campaigns.
- Vercel Analytics – measures website performance and Core Web Vitals.
These providers act as data processors. They are contractually required to protect your data and only use it to provide their service to FlorAI.
5. Your photos
Photos you upload are processed by our AI providers to create garden designs, plant identifications, or plant health suggestions. We do not sell your photos and we do not use them to train public AI models. Photos may be cached briefly during processing and then removed according to each provider's retention rules.
6. Subscriptions and payments
FlorAI is free to download. Optional paid subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store, Google Play, or RevenueCat. We never receive your full credit card number. Refunds are handled by the platform you bought through (Apple or Google).
7. Cookies and analytics on the website
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- Essential cookies that keep the site working.
- Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and content performance.
- Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.
- Vercel Analytics to monitor site performance.
We honour Do Not Track signals and follow the privacy rules of your platform (such as App Tracking Transparency on iOS).
8. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@rocketdigital.ai. You may also object to or restrict certain types of processing. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible.
9. Children
FlorAI is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data to FlorAI, please contact us so we can delete it.
10. International transfers
Our services are provided from Hong Kong and may be processed in other regions where our providers operate, including the European Union and the United States. We rely on standard contractual clauses and provider certifications to protect international data transfers.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy as FlorAI evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page and let you know inside the app or via email if appropriate.
